How do you grade the condition of used surplus items?
We use a strict grading system: 'New/Unissued' is brand new, 'Excellent' shows minimal wear, and 'Good/Serviceable' may have fades or small repairs but remains fully functional for field use.
What is your return policy for surplus gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that for authentic surplus, slight variations in color or minor cosmetic imperfections are expected and are not considered defects.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
