At Military Steals and Surplus, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all authentic surplus and tactical apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our warehouse facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the surplus gear for quality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
